Alle ore 8.30 in prima convocazione presso la sede dell´Associazione e alle ore 09.30 in seconda
convocazione presso la sala riunioni della Parrocchiale di Campione del Garda

Approvazione del bilancio consuntivo `09 e bilancio preventivo `10
Relazione delle attività svolte stagione`09
Elezione consiglio direttivo
Illustrazione programmi e attività per la stagione `10
Discussione per la modifica dello Statuto Sociale art.1, art.19.
Affiliazione dell´Associazione alla F.I.S.N. (Federazione Italiana Sci Nautico)
Varie ed eventuali

Vista l´importanza degli argomenti all´O.d.G., come tutti gli anni ci auguriamo una massiccia partecipazione,

Sunday, March 14, 2010 an Extraordinary Meeting for Members is convened at Campione del Garda in accordance to articles 13 and 18 of our statutes.


The first call will take place at the Tender Team Beach Club house at 08:30AM and a second call will take place at the parish’s meeting room (on the right hand side of the church) at 09:30AM.


The Agenda is as follows:
• Approval of the ’09 balance sheet and expected ’10 balance sheet
• Summary of the ’09 events and activities
• Election of the Club’s board or steering committee
• Overview of ’10 events and activities
• Open floor to discuss and review articles 1 and 19 belonging to the statue bylaws
• Affiliation to the F.I.S.N. (Italian Water Skiing Association)
• Miscellaneous Items


In light of the agenda’s subjects your participation is very welcome and greatly appreciated, in order to keep the spirit and ideals of this Association strong and healthy.

AUSSERORDENTLICHE HAUPTVERSAMMLUNG DER GESELLSCHAFTER


einberufen, in erster Einberufung um 8.30 Uhr beim Sitz des Vereins und in zweiter Einberufung um 9.30 Uhr im Versammlungssaal der Pfarrkirche in Campione del Garda.

Mit folgender Tagesordnung
 Billigung der Abschlussbilanz `09 und der Vorbilanz `10
 Bericht über die während der Saison `09 ausgeführten Tätigkeiten
 Wahl des Vorstands
 Erläuterung der Programme und Tätigkeiten für die Saison `10
 Diskussion wegen der Änderung der Gesellschaftssatzung Art. 1, Art. 19.
 Angliederung des Vereins an der F.I.S.N. (Federazione Italiana Sci Nautico [Italienischer Wasserskiverband])
 Sonstiges

Angesichts der Wichtigkeit der Themen der Tagesordnung erwarten wir, so wie jedes Jahr, eine massive Beteiligung und weisen darauf hin, dass, um den Geist und die Ideen unseres Vereins lebendig zu halten, die Mitwirkung Aller erforderlich ist.
